Positive, This place is super close to the lake, just a 5-minute walk! The room had amazing mountain views with huge windows. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in! The staff were fantastic and incredibly welcoming.

I stayed for three nights and loved the generous buffet breakfast! The staff made my stay easy and enjoyable, helping with restaurant reservations in the old area of Como. The location makes it perfect for exploring local attractions. Just be prepared for some street noise at night.

The location is excellent, being just an 8-minute walk from the Como San Giovanni train station and close to downtown Lake Como, where better dining options can be found. My room was small yet ideal for one person, clean, and well-equipped with a kettle, ample storage, and a nice shower.

The hotel appears dated and in need of refurbishment.
